20世纪90年代中国的改革和发展有两件大事,一个是社会主义市场经济体制改革目标的确立,一个是90年代中期面对经济过热实施国家宏观调控成功实现经济“软着陆”。我1990年至1993年任国家经济体制改革委员会主任,1993年至1998年又调任国家计划委员会主任,直接参与了这两件大事的研究和相关实施工作。现将有关情况作一回顾。
There are two major events in the reform and development of China in the 1990s: one is the establishment of the goal of socialist market economic reform; the other is the “soft landing” in the mid-1990s in the face of economic overheating and the successful implementation of state macro-economic control. From 1990 to 1993, I was the director of the State Economic Restructuring Commission. From 1993 to 1998, I was transferred to the director of the State Planning Commission. I was directly involved in the research and implementation of these two major issues. Now the situation to make a review.
