Recently,Journal of American Heart of Association published an article entitled “Traditional Chinese Medicine Use in the Treatment of Acute Heart Failure in Western Medicine Hospitals in China:Analysis from the China PEACE Retrospective Heart Failure Study”,which drew a conclusion of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) may be harmful for heart failure patients and added the possibility of bleeding and mortality.(1) However,there existing several drawbacks in the study design,data analyses,and the conclusions that may mislead readers.
