提高出生人口素质关系到国家和民族的未来,是全面提高人口素质、促进人类全面发展的基础和必然条件。随着中国人口出生率、婴儿死亡率不断降低,人口的期望寿命不断提高,疾病谱发生明显变化,出生缺陷已成为全社会关注的重大公共卫生问题。现将2006-2010年辽宁省医院出生缺陷监测结果分析如下。
The improvement of the quality of the born population is related to the future of the country and the nation and is the foundation and inevitable condition for improving the overall quality of the population and promoting the all-round development of mankind. With the birth rate of China’s population, infant mortality rate declining, the life expectancy of the population increasing, and the spectrum of diseases evidently changed, birth defects have become a major public health issue of concern to the entire society. Now 2006-2010 Liaoning Provincial Hospital birth defects monitoring results are as follows.
