Foreign exchange risk is a common risk in international bidding. People can hedge their foreign exchange exposure by using financial contracts such as forward exchange and currency swap. However, the international bidding and tendering business has the characteristics of the general import and export trade, which makes the hedging of foreign exchange options is particularly important.
