民族精神是一个民族赖以生存和发展的支撑 ,但民族精神不能自发产生和传承 ,必须通过先进分子坚持不懈地倡导和实践。本文提出在全社会大力弘扬和培育民族精神时应注意的四个问题
National spirit is the support for a nation’s survival and development. However, the national spirit can not be spontaneously produced and transmitted. We must unswervingly advocate and practice it through advanced elements. This article proposes four issues that should be noticed when the whole society vigorously carries forward and nurtures the national spirit
