斜楔机构是一种将压力机上滑块的上下垂直运动转换成水平或倾斜方向运动的机构。液压斜楔机构具有结构紧凑、工作角度不受限、压力中心不偏移等特点。介绍了普通机械式斜楔机构与液压传动式斜楔机构的结构及工作原理,对比分析了液压传动式斜楔机构的优点,简要总结了液压传动式斜楔机构的型号规格及选型步骤;并以某著名汽车品牌的整形局部弯曲工序模具为例,说明了液压斜楔机构在汽车冲压模具中的应用优势。结果表明,相对于普通机械式斜楔机构,液压斜楔机构可有效提高冲压精度、降低模具和冲压成本、缩短模具设计周期,液压斜楔机构在结构复杂且要求模具紧凑的情况下,具有更好的实用性并可获得更高的冲压质量。
The wedge mechanism is a mechanism for converting the vertical movement of the upper and lower sliders on the press into a horizontal or inclined movement. The structure and working principle of ordinary mechanical wedge mechanism and hydraulic transmission wedge mechanism are introduced. The advantages of hydraulic transmission wedge mechanism are compared and analyzed. The model specifications and selection steps of hydraulic transmission wedge mechanism are briefly summarized. Taking the mold of partial bending process of a famous automobile brand as an example, this paper illustrates the application advantages of hydraulic wedge mechanism in automobile stamping die. The results show that, compared with ordinary mechanical wedge mechanism, hydraulic wedge mechanism can effectively improve the stamping precision, reduce the cost of mold and stamping, shorten the design cycle of the mold.
