In the early days of liberation, the transport industry was a shabby car in the 1930s. Later, with the liberation of new cars, those old cars are still reluctant. A broken part replaced by a, some converted substitute, repair costs more than the value of buying a new car. The existence of such an irrational waste phenomenon was caused by the in short supply of new cars at that time. On the other hand, the examination and approval procedures for car purchase and scrapment were cumbersome, coupled with the low depreciation rate of automobiles and the serious shortage of funds for renovation and reconstruction. In fact, taking the liberation of cars as an example, overdue trips and timely updates are the reasons why old cars and new owners are economically justified?
