日前,福建省寿宁县人民政府制定颁发了《寿宁县行政事业单位国有资产管理规定》,明确规定采取五条措施加强行政事业单位国有资产管理。(1)严格执行产权登记制度。各乡镇和各单位、部门的国有资产要进行产权归属登记,根据国有资产管理部门的有关规定,填好资产产权登记表报国有资产管理部门审核,同时办理房产证和土地使用权证。(2)建立健全资产(固定资产)总帐和明细分类帐。在做好资产清查的基础上,各乡镇和各单位、部门都应建立健全固定资产总帐和明细帐,同时建立低值易耗品明细帐。并指定责任心强的同志管理好本单位的所有财产,做到帐卡、帐物、帐帐相符。(3)完善财产
