On December 13, 2012, an emergency blockbuster across the region, many departments and links in the Yingshan County of Hubei (Wuhan) Han (English) Expressway was staged. This is the 2012 joint road traffic emergency drills co-hosted by the Ministry of Transport, Hubei Provincial People’s Government and the Armed Police Traffic Command. The relevant leaders from the Ministry of Transport, the Armed Police Traffic Force, the State Council Emergency Office, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Public Security, the General Logistics Department, the China Meteorological Administration and the Hubei Provincial Government, as well as the leaders from Hubei, Jiangxi, Nearly 500 people in charge of the transport departments of Anhui, Hunan, Henan, Shaanxi and Chongqing in six provinces and one city participated in the site observation.
