抗战爆发前,新疆成立了9个民族文化促进会,汉族文化促进总会成立后,在南疆喀什区建立区分会,其组织机构较为完善,通过多种渠道募集资金,开展文化艺术活动,为民国时期喀什文化的进步做出了自己的贡献。
Prior to the outbreak of the war of resistance against Japan, nine ethnic cultural associations were established in Xinjiang. After the founding of the Han Chinese Cultural Promotion Association, a distinction meeting was established in the Kashgar district of southern Kiangsu. The organization of the organization was relatively complete. Various channels were used to raise funds for cultural and artistic activities. Kashgar culture during the Republic of China made its own contribution to the progress.
