近几年来,平凉地委重视抓了农村基层党组织建设,为改变农村贫困落后面貌提供了组织保证。全区贫困面由1 985年的42.6%下降到1 988年底的19.2%。党的十三届四中、五中全会后,平凉地区地、县、乡三级党委把整顿后进村党支部作为加强农村基层党组织建设的关键来抓。通过扎实的工作,整顿后95.68%的村党支部有了明显进步,有力地促进了全区物质文明和精神文明建设。
In recent years, Pingliang prefectural Party committee focused on grasping the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations, to provide an organizational guarantee for changing the rural backwardness and poverty. The poverty area in the region dropped from 42.6% in 1985 to 19.2% at the end of 1988. After the Fourth, Fifth Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Central Committee of the Party’s Central Committee, the party committees at the prefectural, county and township levels in Pingliang took the rectification of the village party branches as the key to strengthening the building of the grass-roots party organizations in rural areas. Through solid work, 95.68% of the village party branches have made significant progress after the rectification, effectively promoting the construction of material civilization and spiritual civilization in the region.
