根据阀门钢典型钢号的热轧磨光实验结果，分析了轧材尺寸精度与轧机、工艺温度的关系；矫磨质量与轧材质量的关系。探讨了热轧磨光新工艺的可行性。
According to the experimental results of the hot rolling polishing of the typical steel grade of the valve steel, the relationship between the dimensional accuracy of the rolled steel and the temperature of the rolling mill and the process temperature is analyzed. The relationship between the quality of the rolled steel and the quality of the rolled steel is analyzed. The feasibility of the new technology of hot rolling polishing was discussed.
