我们采用分层抽样的方法,对丰宁县的潜、慢型克山病进行了现患调查。丰宁县坝上地区共有8个乡,37个村有克山病流行。根据病情轻、中、重的不同程度,分层抽样13个村(占病村总数的35.1%)进行克山病普查。受检人口9463人。查出潜、慢型克山病397例,平均患病率41.9‰,轻、中、重病村的患病率分别为18.8‰、49.3‰、83.9‰,估算全县潜、慢型克山病人总数约1812名。本次调查为全县的克山病防治提供了可靠的数据。
We used stratified sampling method to investigate the potential and chronic Keshan disease in Fengning county. There are 8 towns in Bashang area of Fengning County and 37 villages of Keshan Disease. According to the severity of light, medium and heavy different levels, stratified sampling of 13 villages (accounting for 35.1% of the total number of villages) for Keshan disease survey. The test population of 9463 people. 397 cases of latent and chronic Keshan disease were found with an average prevalence rate of 41.9 ‰. The prevalence rates of mild, moderate and severe diseases were 18.8 ‰, 49.3 ‰ and 83.9 ‰ respectively. It is estimated that the latent and chronic Keshan patients The total number of about 1812. The survey provided reliable data for the prevention and treatment of Keshan disease in the county.
