在中国三十年改革的进程当中,房地产行业已经成为中国迈向市场经济过程当中的标志性行业,成为目前国内市场化程度最高的行业之一。因此,房地产行业的变化与发展从整体上反应了中国经济改革的成就与矛盾。
In the course of three decades of reform in China, the real estate industry has become an iconic industry in China’s marching into the market economy and has become one of the most marketized industries in China at present. Therefore, the change and development of the real estate industry as a whole reflected the achievements and contradictions of China’s economic reform.
