随着电子技术的发展，特别是半导体、集成电路和计算机技术的发展，移动通信得到了迅速的发展，伴随着应用领域的扩大和对性能要求的提高，移动通信在技术上和理论上不断地向更高水平发展。七号信令自开发以来，便得到广泛的应用，迄今已成为现代通信的三大主网（数字同步网、七号信令网、电信管理网）之一。承载着通信业务网络运行的所有信息，是非常宝贵的信息资源，因此可以说七号信令网是通信网的神经系统，对通信网络的畅通运行发挥着重要的核心作用。与其他行业相比，移动通信运营业拥有更多有关用户的信息。谁能正确地分析隐含在这些信令中的知识，挖掘用户的喜好，谁就能更好地向用户提供产品与服务，能够发现更多的商机，从而在竞争中获胜。我们国内对这方面的研究还处于刚刚起步的阶段，国外在这方面已经大大地超前于国内。因此，信令分析在我国移动通信运营业中的研究有重要的应用价值。“,”With the development of electronic technology, especially the development of semiconductor, integrated circuit and computer technology, the mobile communication obtained a rapid development. Along with the expansion of the application domain and the improvement of the performance requirements, mobile communication is developing constantly to a higher level in technology and theoretical. With the technological advancements,the communication technology is digitized and linked by lntemet quickly.Since the Signal No.7 been invented,it has been widely used, and the Signal No.7 Net is the one of three most important modem communication net. No.7 signaling Protocol is a valuable information resource and it carries all the information on telecommunication network.S0 we can say No.7 signaling network is the nervous system of telecommunication network. Compared with other industry, mobile communication operation has more information about customer. Who can mine and analyse the knowledge contained in the signaling correctly will offer product and service to customer better and find more opportunities, thus win the competition. Our domestic research on this field is still at infancy, abroad＇ s has already been superior to mine greatly. So, there is important practical value in the research on data mining of our mobile telecommunication.
