技工学校体育教育在教学中具有的特殊性,使得师生之间、同学之间的交流合作与活动更加频繁,而在技校学生今后的工作岗位上,团队协作能力又是不可或缺的基本要素,为此充分地利用技校体育教育的特殊性,在教学中培养学生团队协作能力就显得尤为重要了。基于团结协作能力的这一重要性,将从多方面探讨在技校体育教学中学生团队协作能力的激发与培养。
