畜禽屠宰加工业是国计民生的特殊重要行业,既关系到畜禽生产发展,农民增收;又关系到居民吃肉安全,物价稳定,是事关民生的大问题。目前,应回头审视一下我国屠宰立法情况,根据新的变化,进一步完善畜禽屠宰法律体系,弥补法律空白,提高执法效果,确保肉品质量安全,保障人民身体健康,适应我国全面奔小康的新形势。
Livestock and poultry slaughtering and processing industry is a special important industry for people’s livelihood, both related to the development of livestock and poultry production, farmers income; but also related to residents eat meat safety, price stability is a big issue related to people’s livelihood. At present, we should look back at the slaughtering legislation in our country and further improve the legal system of slaughtering livestock and poultry according to the new changes so as to make up for the legal gaps, enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement, ensure the quality and safety of meat products, ensure the health of the people, and adapt to the new situation.
