土地流转政策使大量农村撂荒、闲置耕地被流转整合,土地的生产经营模式也由家庭作坊型逐步向集约化农场型转变。充分发挥农业机械作用,形成规模化生产作业模式,对于提高作业效率、节约人工成本、降低劳动强度和增加经济效益的作用是十分明显的。
