我院胸外科1984年～1993年收治胸腺瘤34例，现报告如下。临床资料一般资料：34例中，男ZI例，女13例。年龄12～75岁，平均43．5岁。无临床症状4例。有临床症状者30例，其中以胸闷胸痛，气短，咳嗽及重症肌无力较常见。本组胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力8例（23．5％），纯红细胞再生障
The 34 cases of thymoma treated in our hospital from 1984 to 1993 were reported as follows. Clinical data General information: In 34 cases, male ZI cases and female 13 cases. Age 12 to 75 years old, average 43.5 years old. No clinical symptoms in 4 cases. There were 30 patients with clinical symptoms, of which chest tightness, chest pain, shortness of breath, cough and myasthenia gravis were more common. This group of thymoma with myasthenia gravis in 8 cases (23.5%), pure red cell regeneration barrier
