我国是一个水资源短缺的国家,水资源问题已成为经济社会可持续发展的重要制约因素,节水作为一种高效的用水模式对实现地区经济社会可持续发展具有重要作用。本文基于陕西省渭南市富平县的自然地理、经济社会发展现状、水资源特点及开发利用情况,提出富平县建设节水型社会的对策和展望。
China is a country with a shortage of water resources. The issue of water resources has become an important constraining factor for sustainable economic and social development. Water saving, as an efficient water use mode, plays an important role in the realization of sustainable economic and social development in the region. Based on the natural geography, current economic and social development, characteristics of water resources and development and utilization in Fuping County, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and prospects for building a water-saving society in Fuping County.
