随着农村经济体制改革的不断深入,为了使农村防保工作适应这种改革的新形势。今年以来,我们在总结前两年防保工作责任制的基础上,又进行了新的探索和尝试。在10个乡镇试行了防保任务经费承包责任制。通过实施半年多的情况看,已收到了明显的经济效益和社会效益,给全县防保工作带来了新的生机和活力。
