目的:探讨B-Lynch缝合术结合产前、产中和产后干预防治剖宫产后宫缩乏力导致的产后出血的效果。方法:回顾分析2007年1月~2011年12月32例剖宫产后经按摩子宫和应用宫缩剂仍然宫缩乏力的产妇行B-Lynch缝合术及产前、产中和产后干预的病历资料。结果:术后2 h出血量(384.5±83.4)ml,24 h出血量(541±63.8)ml。术后排气时间(25.23±8.15)h。产后无一例子宫感染、子宫积脓及肠梗阻并发症的发生。术后2例怀孕且已分娩。结论:B-Lynch缝合术结合产前、产中和产后干预是防治产后出血的有效方法。
Objective: To investigate the effect of B-Lynch suture combined with prenatal, postpartum and postnatal interventions to prevent postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atresia after cesarean section. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 32 cases of postpartum cesarean section after cesarean section by uterine massage and uterine contractions still uterine attrition was performed by B-Lynch suture and prenatal, midwifery and postpartum medical records data. Results: The amount of bleeding at 2 h after operation (384.5 ± 83.4) ml and the amount of bleeding at 24 h (541 ± 63.8) ml. Postoperative exhaust time (25.23 ± 8.15) h. No case of postpartum uterine infection, uterine empyema and intestinal obstruction complications. Two patients were pregnant and had childbirth after surgery. Conclusion: B-Lynch suture combined with prenatal, mid and postpartum interventions is an effective way to prevent postpartum hemorrhage.
