当前,再就业已成为事关万千下岗职工生存的大问题。尽管党和政府积极采取各种措施,为下岗职工再就业创造有利条件,但要想靠政府全包下来,一下子解决这么多职工的再就业问题,还有诸多困难。这就需要下岗职工及时转变观念,发扬自立自强精神,主动投入到市场浪潮中去开创一番事业。那么,下岗职工应如何走好创业谋生这一步呢?依笔者之见,应从以下几个方面入手:
