对检出的大量样本细胞图像进行统计分析,发现白细胞在Wright染色后着色效果不一致时色彩分量差异的规律。通过建立数学表达模型,提出了一种基于H直方图变换的白细胞图像自动分割算法。对细胞图像的色度分量直方图进行适当变换,有效削弱了血液染色的不一致性对白细胞分割的影响,实现了白细胞胞浆区域的良好分割,实验结果验证了所提分割方法的可行性和实用性。
用溶胶凝胶法制备了掺染料硫堇(Thionine)的有机改性凝胶材料,利用单光束扫描法(Z-scan)测试样品的光学非线性折射率,获得的n2值约为4×10-7esu,对实验结果的分析表明,材料的非线性折射来源于有机染料的离域P电子效应。
在各向同性高非线性光纤中同时考虑光纤损耗和抽运消耗对单抽运四波混频参变过程的影响，得到了导波光之间功率转化关系所满足的椭圆方程，计算结果与OptiSystem软件仿真的结果一致。利用该椭圆方程分析了基于四波混频的全光2R再生器的性能，研究表明，光纤损耗系数的增加不但会劣化再放大性能，还会分别减小和增加高低电平上的输入噪声容限。
