只听说过人不愿长大,岁数大了也都往年轻了说,企业也有不愿长大的?为什么?这或许也正是小企业信息化方式、方案会永续下去的根本原因。我怕一长大就有人盯上中化集团信息技术部老总彭劲松说,小企业的负责人告诉他,他们的企业规模一定要控制在1亿元人民币年收入以下,因为年收入超过1亿元的企业就会被区,县政府、工商、税务,甚至一些社会公益事业盯上。这一盯,表面上说是领导重视,社会影响,实际上可苦了企业自己,苦来苦去,企业就要苦垮了。企业自己想长大,又强迫自己不长大的矛盾难道无法解决吗?有办法,小企业的老总们看到这个企业年收入快超过1亿元的时候,就再办一个小企业。这样办来办去,使得一个能干的老总指挥着好几个企业,但又不能形成集团。这就是小企业越来越多的原因,这也是对付不愿长大,但又想发展的办法。结果是管理、品牌、资源大面积的浪费。
