10月30日至11月2日,兵团党委宣传部组织中央、自治区和兵团9家媒体的记者对农六师102团敬老院院长张新玲进行了为期3天的深入采访。作为领队,我有幸通过紧张的采访活动,近距离接触并感悟这位被大家称为“二玲”的兵团女性……“我们院有老人32名,年龄最大的有97岁,最小的18岁。”张新玲说,敬老院成立于1989年,刚开始仅仅是一家养老机构,如今已经成为孤寡、弃婴、智障、精神病患者共同生活的大家庭。
