The Aventine Center project is a multipurpose development of a 12-acre site in the center of La Jolla University. The project includes a 400-room hotel, an office building, a fitness club, a catering service center and a large underground parking lot. The layout of the building fully considers the sight design and guarantees that the outdoor activity space in the center of the center is full of sunshine. The various courtyards surrounded by buildings have actively utilized external space. Some of the buildings in the square show a unique design appearance. However, they show the consistency of language, color, and materials as a whole, making the Aventine Center a unified complex.
