货车运行速度和载重量的提高,对车辆零件,特别是对四轴货车上心盘的可靠性和寿命,提出更高的要求。在研究上心盘的运用载荷和计算运用分析其强度性能的基础上制定了上心盘结构的技术要求。目前车辆制造工业对成批生产的四轴货车上心盘,已考虑了这些要求和必要的强度和可靠性。然而,在运用中还有大量的旧结构的上心盘不能满足货车的现代运用条件。全苏铁路运输科学研究院与乌拉尔车辆制造工厂一起在各铁路线的修理工厂进行了详细的调查,根据调查结果对上心盘的技术状态进行了评价。
