目的通过分析2001~2006年我国卫生监督体系人员流动特征情况,明确机构人力资源的配置是否有所优化。方法通过全国系统抽样,获取6年来卫生监督机构流动人员的年龄、学历、职称、专业和岗位等基本资料。结果(1)人力资源配置有所优化:大量新进毕业生涌入,学历水平有所提高,法律类、非医学专业类人员增多,卫生监督执法队伍壮大;(2)但仍存在不足:职称水平下降,专业人员引进相对较少。
Objective By analyzing the characteristics of the flow of personnel in the health supervision system in China from 2001 to 2006, it is clarified whether the allocation of human resources in the institution is optimized. Methods Through the national systematic sampling, the basic information such as the age, education level, professional title, professional status and post of migrant workers in health supervision institutions in six years was obtained. Results (1) The allocation of human resources has been optimized: the influx of a large number of new graduates, academic qualifications have increased, legal, non-medical professionals increased, health supervision and law enforcement team to expand; (2) but there are still deficiencies: The level of decline, the introduction of professionals is relatively small.
