本文用焊条电弧焊工艺在高锰钢基体上试验制备TDO-65、TM65、A302、ZD3、D817几种不同焊条组合的堆焊耐磨耐热合金层,对堆焊层合金的显微组织和硬度进行了分析测定,并讨论了合金元素对堆焊层显微组织及硬度的影响。结果表明:在合适的工艺参数下,所用几种焊条可以获得不同组合的高硬度堆焊合金层,焊道成形及焊层金属与基体的结合良好,其显微组织及硬度与焊层的合金成分、焊层中硬质相的类型及其分布等因素有关。
