高职旅游类大学生的职业道德教育,仅依靠思想道德修养公共课程、不定期的行业专家讲座或学生顶岗实习前的集体指导等方式,无法达成良好职业道德培养的教育目标。我们应充分发挥学校和企业不同职能,将旅游职业道德教育贯穿大学生整个大学学习过程中,并充分利用大学生各个阶段的学习内容及特点,循序渐进地对旅游类大学生开展理论联系实践的职业道德教育。
Vocational moral education for higher vocational tourism students can not reach the educational goal of cultivating good professional ethics only by relying on public courses of ideological and moral cultivation, occasional lectures of industry experts or collective guidance before students’ internship. We should give full play to the different functions of schools and enterprises, and carry out tourism professional ethics education throughout the university students’ learning process. We should make full use of the learning contents and characteristics of college students at all stages and gradually carry out the vocational ethics education on tourism-related undergraduates in theory and practice.
