Chevron Phillips Chemical Co., Ltd. announced the end of September 2011 to acquire Nester Petroleum’s poly-α-olefin (PAO) plant in Betingen, Belgium. The acquisition enables Chevron Phillips to increase its foothold in Europe and to make it one of the top three PAO suppliers in the world.
