百草枯为农业常用除草剂,因此在农药中毒者中占有很大的比例。本文对夏邑县人民医院急诊科收治的35例百草枯(PQ)中毒患者的治疗进行分析。报告如下:1资料与方法1.1一般资料:选择2007年7月至2011年5月夏邑县人民医院急诊科收治的35例PQ中毒患者,均有明确服毒史。男14例,女21例;年龄16～74岁,服毒量5～250 ml;其中2例合并有饮酒史;就诊期间1～48 h。
Paraquat is a common herbicide used in agriculture and therefore accounts for a large proportion of pesticide poisoning. This article analyzes the treatment of paraquat (PQ) poisoning in 35 patients admitted to Emergency Department of Xiayi County People’s Hospital. The report is as follows: 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information: Select 2007 July to 2011 May Xiayi County People’s Hospital Emergency Department admitted 35 cases of PQ poisoning patients, have a clear history of drug poisoning. 14 males and 21 females; aged from 16 to 74 years old, taking doses of 5 to 250 ml; 2 of them were associated with alcohol consumption; 1 to 48 h during the visit.
