蔷薇小学,校如其名,是充满花香与师爱的校园。邂逅蔷薇,是在1999年,因工作需要已经担任八年辅导员工作的我,来到蔷薇小学担任党支部书记后又兼任校长。至此我与蔷薇小学结下了不解之缘,便深深扎根于此。工作25年中的17年在蔷薇小学,对星星火炬的热爱,始终在心。爱是蔷薇小学发展的最大秘密,爱是星星火炬燎原的无限生命之源,爱是我少先队工作的灵魂所在。一、开创了手拉手少先队联合大队模式,让爱注满每一个学生心间
