目前江西诗坛主要是靠60后、70后中青年诗人在支撑,能够接上诗歌棒的80后、90后新锐者不多,导致有点代际断层现象,值得警惕,这可能与人口基数较少有关,也可能与“孔雀东南飞”相关,还可能与经济欠发达有关,更主要的还是与诗歌氛围及媒介缺失有关。江西没有真正能够坚持持久的诗歌刊物,无论是官刊亦或是民刊。所以江西诗坛需要有杞人忧天的眼光,需要有补充新鲜血液的胸怀,尤其需要有刊物对诗歌及诗人的刊载与传播。如今,《创作评谭》在过去一直关注江西诗
