随着助动车在城乡的日益普及,自行车助力器的产量不断增加.我厂在生产为其配套的活塞过程中,发现该活塞销孔小,精度要求高,为加工难点.我厂曾用粗镗加精镗,最后用无刃铰刀精铰的工艺,小批量地加工出成品.但生产效率低,成品率低,且铰刀的修复工艺繁琐,根本无法满足大批量生产的要求,作者在工人的配合下进行一系列的试验,摸索出一套活塞小销孔加工的工艺,不仅达到了精度要求,而且也满足了工厂大批量生产的要求.
