记者:党的十八届四中全会聚焦全面推进依法治国。依法治国关键在于我们党依法执政。长期以来,特别是党的十一届三中全会以来,我们党把依法执政确定为党治国理政的基本方式,积极建设社会主义法治,取得历史性成就。四中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》指出:“依法执政,既要求党依据宪法法律治国理政,也要求党依据党内法规管党治党”。这对党要管党、从严治党提出了新的要求。贯彻落实四中全会精神,必须依规管党治党建设党。
Reporter: The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Party focuses on promoting the rule of law in an all-round way. The key to governing the country according to law lies in our party’s administration according to law. For a long time, especially since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, our party has determined that governing by law should be the basic mode of governing the party and the state, actively building a socialist rule of law and making historic achievements. The “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues in Ruling the Country by Law” adopted by the Fourth Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee pointed out: “Rule of Law requires that the Party administer the state affairs in accordance with constitutional and legal laws as well as that the Party govern the party in accordance with the party’s laws and regulations.” This has set new demands on the party in charge of party control and strict control of the party. To implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session, we must rely on the party in charge of governing the party and governing the party.
