针对保德煤矿8#煤层厚煤层长钻孔采用2种封孔工艺进行实测煤层瓦斯压力。在测定瓦斯压力过程中,对胶囊黏液带压封孔工艺进行了优化和改进。通过对2种封孔工艺的封孔质量和测压效果的比对,得出胶囊黏液带压封孔工艺在厚煤层长钻孔测压中更加具有优越性,更能真实反映煤层瓦斯压力,具有良好的应用效果和安全生产效益。
