如今,生活垃圾管理与污染防治已成为城市环境保护的重要内容之一,建设新的垃圾焚烧厂不仅可使日垃圾填埋量大大减少,而且利用焚烧产生的热能发电,发出的电除自用外还可以向电网输出,具有一定的经济效益。建设一座垃圾发电厂通常周期长、投资大、风险高,严格工程建设财务管理,将极大的保障项目的工程顺利完成竣工决算并安全投运,起到推波助澜的作用。本文主要结合笔者本人的工作实际探讨财务人员如何在整个建设过程中加强在建工程的财务管理,理顺建设期财务工作流程,有效控制建设成本,提高公司资金使用效益,防范内外部风险,发挥财务监督管理职能,以利于提高企业整体财务管理水平。
