目的探讨叶酸和维生素B12防治糖尿病肾病的作用及其机制。方法采用病例对照实验研究方法,观察糖尿病及糖尿病肾病患者经叶酸联合维生素B12治疗后血清同型半胱氨酸水平、氧化应激相关指标及24 h尿微量白蛋白等的变化。结果叶酸和维生素B12可降低糖尿病及糖尿病肾病患者血清同型半胱氨酸、丙二醛及24 h尿微量白蛋白水平,并可升高一氧化氮、超氧化物歧化酶水平。结论补充叶酸和维生素B12可作为一种早期防治糖尿病微血管并发症的新的、有效的和经济的方法。
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of folic acid and vitamin B12 in the prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods A case-control study was conducted to investigate the changes of serum homocysteine level, oxidative stress-related indicators and 24-hour urine microalbumin after treatment with folic acid and vitamin B12 in diabetic and diabetic nephropathy patients. Results Folic acid and vitamin B12 can reduce serum homocysteine, malondialdehyde and 24h urine microalbuminuria in diabetic and diabetic nephropathy patients, and increase the levels of nitric oxide and superoxide dismutase. Conclusions Folic acid and vitamin B12 supplementation can be used as a new, effective and economical method to prevent and treat diabetic microvascular complications.
