北京四环制药厂创建于1990年底,当时只有40名职工。短短四、五年时间,这个厂实现了速度和效益的直线飙升。1991年,实现纯收入900万元;1992年,完成销售额6000万元,上缴税款400万元;1993年,销售额达9400万元,实现利税总额2741万元,上缴税款800万元;1994年,销售额突破亿元大关,人均创利税达10万余元,人均纳税居全国同行业之首,被评为“全国医药行业质量效益型企业”。
Beijing Sihuan Pharmaceutical Factory was founded in late 1990, when there were only 40 employees. In just four or five years, this plant has achieved a straight line of speed and efficiency. In 1991, the company realized a net income of 9 million yuan. In 1992, it achieved sales of 60 million yuan and paid taxes of 4 million yuan. In 1993, it had sales of 94 million yuan, a total profit and tax of 27.41 million yuan, and a tax of 8 million yuan. In 1994, the sales exceeded 100 million yuan, and the per capita profit-making tax amounted to more than 100,000 yuan. The per capita tax payment ranks first in the same industry in the country, and it was named “National Quality and Efficiency Enterprise in the Pharmaceutical Industry.”
