宫内外同时妊娠(HP)是妇产科少见病之一。对其及时诊断和治疗有着重要意义。作者近2年来发现宫内外同时妊娠3例,均为误诊,现进行回顾分析报道如下。例1:女,32岁,已婚。住院号002457。停经43天来院B超检查:早孕(宫内妊娠)。2000年6月16日来我院门诊行人工流产术,术中刮出绒毛样物25g,漂浮水中可见绒毛。
Intrauterine and simultaneous pregnancy (HP) is one of the less common obstetrics and gynecology. Its timely diagnosis and treatment of great significance. The author found in the past two years, 3 cases of intrauterine and external pregnancy, are misdiagnosed, are now under review and analysis reported below. Example 1: Female, 32 years old, married. Hospital number 002457. 43 days after menopause hospital B-ultrasound: early pregnancy (intrauterine pregnancy). June 16, 2000 to our hospital outpatient artificial abortion, surgery blew out 25g fluffy sample, floating in the water visible villi.
