本文分析了西部地区女性劳动力人力资源的现状、存在的问题,提出对西部地区女性人力资本应进行多层次、全方位的投资,不仅是提高生产力水平的当务之急,而且是国家未来和长远发展的根本需要,并对西部地区女性人力资源的开发、素质的培训提高提出有针对性的建议。
This paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the human resources of the female labor force in the western region and puts forward that the multi-level and all-round investment of the female human capital in the western region is not only the top priority for raising the level of productivity but also the basis for the country’s future and long-term development Needs, and puts forward the pertinence suggestion to the western human resources development and the training of the quality improvement.
