党的十四届五中全会指出，要在今后１５年内努力实现国民经济增长方式从粗放型向集约型转变。林业作为国民经济的重要组成部分，必须将转变林业经济增长方式作为我国林业发展的长期指导方针。本文以苇河林业局为例，较系统地提出了一套分析国有森工企业林业经济增长方式的技术方法，分析结果可为制定森工企业转变经济增长方式的策略与规则提供依据。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party pointed out that it is necessary to make every effort to achieve a transformation from extensive mode to extensive mode in the course of the national economic growth in the next 15 years. As an important part of the national economy, forestry must change the mode of economic growth of forestry as a long-term guideline for forestry development in our country. This paper, taking Weihe Forestry Bureau as an example, systematically puts forward a set of technical methods to analyze the economic growth mode of the state-owned forestry and industrial enterprises. The results of the analysis can provide the basis for formulating the strategies and rules of the forest industry transforming the economic growth mode.
