初见此石,给人感觉是营造奇峰意境的景观,该石峰形体高大,孔洞,皱折繁密,光色斑澜.明暗深浅,极具玲珑之美。如认真观察此石却很有禅意,或说象马头,或说象两只雄狮在勇登颠峰;或说如同雕塑中待飞的雄鹰,或说如诗,在石峰前凝眸关注,顿觉崇山峻岭立于眼前,松涛流韵响于耳畔,仿佛倾听到杜甫“一览众山小”的感慨,峰壁前似回荡着李白“难于上青天”的喟叹;该石能够让人产生众多联想。在水冲九龙璧石中,实属少有。因此藏者为此石立意为“巅峰造极”,同广大观者共赏。
