本文运用系统工程原理,采用多目标、多因子的综合分析方法,从整体上研完了山区林业生产的系统开发利用问题。并以一个大队为实例,提出了以林为主,各业并举,以短养长,长短结合的合理的生产结构,建立了具体的数学模型,求出了优化解。结果表明,优化解不仅改变了林种、树种结构,提高了森林覆被率,而且使全大队以林为主体的收入从6.89万元,增加到了19.57万元,实现了生态效益与经济效益的统一,为山区发展林业提供了科学依据。
Based on the principle of system engineering and the multi-objective and multi-factor comprehensive analysis method, this paper studies the system development and utilization of mountain forestry production as a whole. Taking a brigade as an example, this paper proposes a reasonable production structure based on the forest and combining all walks of life with short support and length. The concrete mathematical model is established and the optimal solution is obtained. The results show that the optimal solution not only changed the forest species and tree species structure, but also increased the forest cover rate. Moreover, the total forest-based income of the entire group increased from 68,900 yuan to 195,700 yuan, achieving ecological and economic benefits Unified, and provided the scientific basis for the development of forestry in mountainous areas.
