服务型政府是一种全新的政府管理体制,它是针对中国传统管制型政府而言的。其蕴含着人民主权理论、公共管理理论等理论基础,是一个民主政府、有限政府、责任政府。新时期,我国构建服务型政府已经在经济、政治、文化、社会组织形式等方面具备了有利条件。
Service-oriented government is a new government management system, it is against the traditional Chinese government control. It contains the theory of people’s sovereignty, public management theory and other theoretical basis, is a democratic government, limited government, responsible government. In the new era, the construction of a service-oriented government in our country has had favorable conditions in economy, politics, culture and social organization.
