一季度,全省经济保持了较好的发展势头。预计国内生产总值增长9.5%。备春耕工作进展比较顺利,全省各类订单面积比上年增加58%,占农作物种植面积的33%。一季度全省工业增加值同比增长21.9%,前两个月工业企业盈亏相抵实现利润7.1亿元,比上年同期增长43.5倍。1—3月份,财政收入完成48.08亿元,同比增长32.9%。其他各方面工作也都取得了较好成绩。这些是全省广大干部群众积极努力的结果。按照省委七届五次全会部署,各地、各部门围绕推进和实现跨越式发展的总体要求,明确责任,落实任务,制定方案,狠抓落实,推动了各项工作的进展。
