立足于变电运行岗位管理实践的基础,基于长期的对变电运行人员管理工作的经验,首先结合巢湖市供电公司变电工区变电运行工作的现状,简单分析了其中存在的潜在的安全隐患;然后凭借经典的古典管理学思想,通过管理学的视角、分析了在变电运行的工作当中,如何更好的进行职工队伍建设、以期构建起系统性的安全运行的人员体系,从而为变电安全运行工作提供强有力的人才支撑。
