目的 :通过S180 在昆明种小鼠活体生长 ,对促吞噬肽 (tuftsin)的抗肿瘤作用进行研究。方法 :建立脾切除、模拟脾切除动物模型 ,皮下接种S180 ,注射促吞噬肽 ,观察荷瘤小鼠的瘤体生长、自然生存期及检测NK细胞活性。结果 :促吞噬肽能抑制带脾荷瘤小鼠的瘤体生长、增强NK细胞活性并延长生存期。这种作用在脾切除的小鼠中更为明显。结论 :促吞噬肽具有抗肿瘤免疫作用 ,可望用于恶性肿瘤的治疗。
OBJECTIVE: To study the antitumor effect of tuftsin in vivo via S180 in Kunming mice. Methods: Splenectomy and splenectomy models were established. The mice were inoculated subcutaneously with S180 and injected with phagocytosis peptide. The tumor growth, natural survival and NK cell activity of the tumor-bearing mice were observed. Results: Tu-phagosome can inhibit tumor growth in mice with spleen-bearing tumor, enhance NK cell activity and prolong survival. This effect is more pronounced in splenectomized mice. Conclusion: Tu-phag peptide has antitumor immunity and is expected to be used in the treatment of malignant tumors.
